A big problem many parents, instructors, and kids face is wasteful swim lessons. This kickboard features four engaging images of penguins performing different swimming drills, making learning fun. Each image card includes a pop it underneath, allowing kids to visually mark the completion of each drill. The backside of the kickboard offers additional tactile stimulation, providing a sensory experience that keeps kids engaged and focused. By combining visual cues, tactile feedback, and the fun of swimming drills, children can develop their swimming skills in a more productive and enjoyable environment.

To ensure the safety of babies in highchairs, we developed a seat cushion (cover and cushion removed above) designed to alarm parents when the baby is unsafe. This smart cushion integrates four 20kg load cells, each connected to an HX711 amplifier, all managed by an Arduino microcontroller. When the baby sits on the cushion, the load cells individually measure the weight distribution. These readings are then amplified by the HX711 modules and sent to the Arduino. The microcontroller processes the data in real-time, continuously monitoring the weight distribution. If any unsafe conditions are detected, such as an uneven weight distribution indicating a potential fall, the system activates an alarm.
